I love the idea of creating salads in jars whether it be for picnics, back to school or work lunches, or just a healthy go-to in the fridge. This salad was inspired by a French recipe, so feel free to swap out or add whichever vegetables are available or preferred. This uber healthy salad is wonderfully refreshing, topped off with a tangy poppy seed yogurt dressing.
