When it’s cold outside, this cocktail will keep you toasty and feeling festive. The cool, icy flaavor of peppermint is tempered by the white chocolate for a smooth, delicious drink.
Yields 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka of choice
1.2 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz white chocolate liqueur
1 oz heavy cream
Decorative white or clear sugar crystals
Pour a small layer of sugar crystals on a plate. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with water or vodka and turn the glass upside down to coat the rim of the glass with sugar.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour into a martini glass and serve.
