This refreshing cocktail respects the season of early fall while representing the colors and bounty of autumn.
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1.5 oz pure pomegranate juice
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (1 lime)
Garnish with a thinly sliced lime and pomegranate arils
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with the lime slice and arils.
