By November we’re deep into the autumnal season where the sun may still warm our shorter days, but by evening the signs of winter reveal themselves through cooler temperatures and often frosty ground coverings in the morning. Harvest festivals wind down, and people head indoors for gatherings and celebrations with hearty, comforting food and drink. Global celebrations are focused on family starting with Día de los Muertos at the beginning of the month to Thanksgiving towards the end.
