What is Chaga?

Chaga is a type of fungus that grows on tree trunks – specifically Birch trees – in colder regions of the northern Hemisphere. The first known use of Chaga was in Western Siberia, where the Khanty people used it in a variety of ways. It has been used throughout history to boost immunity, reduce inflammation, and is also valued for its high concentration of antioxidants.

While there is not enough science yet to fully support the health benefits of chaga, there is plenty of research to confirm that it can positively impact one’s health.
