The month of August generally moves a slower pace in the Northern Hemisphere with the buzzing of cicadas cutting through the dense heat of long summery days and fireflies sparkling haphazardly through the night. However, this eighth month of the year, named after the great Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar, signifies greatness, inspiration and reverence.
With that in mind, it’s an ideal time to take advantage of these relaxed days by making plans and setting intentions for the return to work and school and the remainder of the year.
