April showers bring may flowers; the month of April has really taken this adage to heart! Rain is already here and falling steadily, and “awakening the earth” to quote a dear friend. I like this phrase as the water symbolizes purification, renewal and growth. Spring is certainly a time for new beginnings and hope, whether in nature and in our own lives.
