A twist on the classic, this cocktail is a beautifully balanced blend of barrel-aged bourbon and pure maple, brightened with citrus and finished with aromatic bitters. Warm, complex and effortlessly elegant.

2oz Blade and Bow Bourbon
1/4 oz pure maple syrup
1/4 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish with orange peel
Place a large ice cube in a lowball glass. Add the bourbon, maple syrup, orange juice and bitters, then stir gently to combine.
Rub the rim of the glass with the orange peel to release its oils, then drop the peel into the glass as a garnish. Cheers!
