There is nothing more beautiful in the winter than a fresh snowfall that covers the land in a blanket of white. It’s clean and crisp and the world becomes silent. This was my inspiration for the Winter Wonderland theme. For the color scheme I chose winter whites and textures, designs and objects that looked like snow and ice and would evoke feelings of a cold, wintery night. I included some family recipes such as Danish Springerle cookies and Pfeffernüsse and other more recent family favorites that have become tradition.
