Valentine’s Day is a chance to spoil the person or people you love. It’s a way to show appreciation for people in your life even through small gestures, notes and deeds. You can start the day by adding red and pink M&M’s to pancakes or serving red berries for breakfast alongside a sweet card. For this tablescape I created both sweet and savory treats that can be served all at once for a party or individually as needed. Heart-shaped cookie cutters go a long way – from cookies to vegetables and even pastry puffs – you can create a theme very easily using these ideas or your imagination to come up with your own.
