Enjoying a lobster dinner on Nantucket is perhaps one of the greatest joys in life. After a long day at the beach, we ordered our lobsters ‘steamed and cracked’ from Sayle’s Seafood which allowed for a pre-meal sunset cocktail and got us one step closer to getting our dinner on the table. I made a refreshing Mango Salsa, which was a perfect appetizer to snack on as we set the table and enjoyed our cocktails. We also made a traditional Caprese Salad with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes grown on Bartlett’s Farm. I stuck to a nautical theme of blues and whites which made the lobsters pop on the plate.

What a night!
