
A slight twist on the classic mimosa, blood orange juice is a little more special given its seasonality and complex in taste. A perfect beverage for a spring brunch.
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 750ml bottle of Prosecco or Champagne, chilled
3 cups of blood orange juice (750ml), without pulp
Pour the sparkling wine into a flute, about half full and top with the blood orange juice. Repeat with the remaining glasses.
